"I became an ActivZone member a year ago and it was
the best decision I could have made in order to improve
my health. The results of my training a year on make me
feel like a new woman!
My fitness, strength and muscle tone have improved dramatically and
I have so much more energy. The inches have melted away but at the
same time I have also been challenged to do things I never thought
I could have. This has now seen me adopt a “can do” mentality to all

Gym Manager Alex is a great motivator and very patient! Alex always
takes time to explain things thoroughly in a very professional manner so
that I train safely but at the same time he is very fun and approachable
but pushes me to train hard.

health and fitness and wanting to become part of a gym where every
single member matters. Gym Owner Sonja is very hands on and it is
of upmost importance for her to make sure all ActivZone members are
welcome and kept happy. Sonja really cares and is very passionate about
her newly refurbished gym and this is what makes ActivZone unique. The
support, motivation and dedication I have been shown over the past year
