Nicki
Nicki is the most experienced member of the fitness team, a level 3 personal trainer with over five years in the industry; she has worked in both the public and private sector training varied age groups-from teenagers to the elderly. Nicki’s first chosen sport is running, training herself and others for local running events; need a way to get started, she’s your girl!
Nicki also has a keen interest in nutrition and is always happy to educate others in the best way to feed the body according to the desired goal.
‘Functional Training’ are the words on the tip of her tongue; believing that the body should be stressed in a way that reflects everyday activities in order to help each individual achieve their true optimal potential. It is for this reason she encourages the use of Swiss Balls and free weights in her exercise prescription.
You will find Nicki on the gym floor, either bossing the boys around or chatting to members-probably about music (her second love).
